In our house "Barbara" we have a total o 5 Doubleroom (4 rooms of them have a balcony). Our rooms are equipped with cold/warm running water. We have a total of

3 shared toilettes and 2 shared showers available.

Of course, disinfectants are available for you!

Bed linen, bath towels und towels are included in the price and do not need to be brought. We provide cable TV in the breakfast-room, complimentary wi-fi in the house, free parking and ski-boot-dryer.

Ski-bus-stop in the immediate vicinity, access to the cross-country ski trail 100 meters away.   Dogs are allowed on request.

Our house "Barbara" is located on the southern outskirts of Zell am Ziller.

It is about 800 meters to the town-center (about 7 minutes on foot). It is about 1 kilometer to the valley station of the Zillertal-Arena, where in winter you can enjoy a mountain winter experience and in summer the hiker's heart beat faster.
